The term, "talent management" means different things to different organizations. For some it is manage individuals of alto-valor or "very capable," while for others, it is how talent is managed generally - i.e. is working under the assumption that everyone has some talent that needs to be identified and released. From the perspective of talent management, performance assessments deal with two important issues: performance and potential.
Hi Katherine, the human resources area, still has not been very well within Colombia, of course there are many companies that have implemented this area, but many others who see this area as not necessary, due to lack of education towards this.
