MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN TALENT 



Defined as: "the discipline that pursues the satisfaction of organizational goals counting on a structure and through the coordinated human effort." 



The term "talent management" means different things to different organizations. For some it is managing individuals at high-value or "highly qualified," while for others, it is how the overall talent is handled - ie it works on the assumption that everyone has some talent that needs to be identified and released . 



The main aspects of talent management within an organization should always include:  

· Performance management 


· Leadership development 





· The human resources planning / identifying talent gaps
